The top leadership of Capitable has, combined, nearly ten years of Fundraising and Capital Raising experience. Many times, startups, young companies, founders and co-founders will reach out to us, looking for assistance.
Capitable has found a niche, whereby companies are looking for their first or additional round of funding, and these companies begin negotiations with us, in order to find a ‘win-win’ solution. Capitable Group seeks to justify the time and effort spent, on behalf of the client, often requiring many hours per day, week, and over months, to carry out innumerable outreach efforts across our expanding network.

For over five years, Capitable has built up a proprietary database of investors, ranging from sovereign wealth funds, high net work individuals, venture capital firms, private equity firms, investment holdings companies, as well as angel networks, among many, many others. We have the ability to use our growing database for various types of clients’ fundraises, such as real estate, Web3, crypto, gaming, agritech, robotics, and many more.
Generally, and what we strive for, is to secure a reasonable and well negotiated, monthly contract, whereby Capitable meets or exceeds mutually agreed to deliverables such as total responses from potential investors, first calls and intro call set up, as well as follow-up and follow on second or third calls.
We are able to assist our clients with investor outreach optimization, such as helping design and edit the ‘Pitch Deck’ and ‘One Pager’ as well as craft optimal emails and similar short and brief messages, which will maximize the open rate and response rate from our thousands of potential outreach targets within and beyond our proprietary database.
Ultimately, after several months of close collaboration, sometimes many months of partnerships, day-in-and-day-out, we reach our intended fund raise target for the client, and we are also to secure other success based fees, as agreed to with the client, beforehand.
How we work
There are various ways in which Capitable accepts and works with a project. Typically there will be a combination of a starter/upfront fee plus a success fee based on the quality of the Project, as well as various other factors. If the Project qualifies for a partnership, the terms shall incorporate a more long-term based deal.
Our starter/upfront fee begins at 2,000 USD per month and a success fee starting at 5% of the total capital raised.
